Hello!

My name is Brittany Burnett, and I am a second grade teacher here at Ashland Elementary. I graduated from Western Governors University with a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education K - 12 and Regular Education 1–6. I have worked for SLPS for the last several years. I am a product of the Saint Louis Public School System. I have a culinary arts background. I love to cook and entertain whenever possible. The pursuit of knowledge has always been a secret passion of mine. I always seem to pass on knowledge to others whenever I can, whether it's recipes, cooking techniques, or academic knowledge. 

I am overjoyed to be a teacher in an age where change is necessary. I believe that all children can learn, and my job is to figure out how. I want to thank you for allowing me the privilege to mold your child's mind and help their intellect grow beyond the imaginable.
