Hello

My name is Mrs. Porter.  I have been at Ashland for several years working with students to enhance their reading skills.  I enjoy helping children, as well as parents, learn and apply the tools to become proficient readers. I presently work with the Special Education Teacher.  In my spare time I enjoy reading, bicycling, listening to music such as Sting, Stevie Wonder, Jill Scott, Jacob Collier, and watching old videos of Serena Williams playing tennis.  I absolutely love my three children and one granddaughter.
