Hello!  My name is Roger Scherck. I'm startng my 3rd year as the School Counselor.

I worked in the St. Louis County Schools for the past 25 years as a middle school guidance counselor and coached high school soccer. I decided to work @ Mason because it such a great school! I have many years of experience using Character Education with students either in small groups or classroom lessons. I plan to continue using Character Education at Mason in my classroom guidance lessons especially in area of Restorative Practices. I’m excited for the 2021-22 school year!
