My name is Tessa Olney and I have been at Hodgen Tech Academy since the 2019-2020 school year. I love being a part of this school community and enjoy getting to know and partner with all of our families. I am very excited to shift my role this year from a classroom teacher to our school's Academic Instructional Coach. I can't wait for the new opportunities that I have to help student's be successful and develop a love for learning in this new role! 

My position of AIC is unique and I feel so fortunate to get to do what I love each day, supporting students, teachers, and families. I spend the majority of my days with the staff and students of Hodgen. I love to help the teachers and the students learn. Some of my other job responsibilities include: resource provider, data coach, curriculum specialist, instructional specialist, classroom supporter, mentor, learning facilitator, school leader, and hall/bus duty monitor.
