Dear Hodgen Tech Academy Community,

It is with great pleasure and pride that I extend a warm welcome to each member of our esteemed school community. As we begin another academic year, I am thrilled to continue leading the incredible scholars, dedicated staff, and supportive families of Hodgen Tech Academy.

I am Dr. Julia Kaiser, and I have had the honor of serving in the St. Louis Public Schools District for the past 18 years. Since the 2017-2018 school year, I have been privileged to be the principal of Hodgen Tech Academy, a role that I hold with great passion and commitment.

Each year we are presented with challenges, yet they do not deter us from our mission of providing a high-quality, rigorous education to all our scholars. Together with our outstanding Hodgen staff, we navigate with resilience and determination. In 2021, Hodgen Tech Academy was recognized with the Bayer School of Excellence Award, and I was humbled to receive the St. Louis Public Schools Principal of the Year award.

In the 2022-2023 school year, our Hodgen Inventors Robotics & Coding team secured first place in the St. Louis Public School's First Lego League Competition. Their remarkable performance continued as they competed against 220 teams regionally, earning an impressive 19th place.

At Hodgen Tech Academy, we are committed to meeting the unique needs of every learner. Our focus is on providing a safe, welcoming learning environment where all scholars can flourish. Our school motto, "Inspiring Hearts, Igniting Minds" encapsulates our belief in the power of education to empower our scholars to become compassionate and curious leaders in their own right.
