Welcome to First Grade!

Happy New Year!

My name is Barbara Munoz. I have been teaching at Nahed Chapman New American Academy since 2009. My husband and I have three grown children and three grandchildren. We love to ride bikes, camp and talk!  In my spare time, I read, cook and walk my dog.

I am here to serve your child in any way I can. I love to teach English, Reading, and Math! 

My office hours are Monday - Friday from 2:00- 2:30 to answer questions.

Please call the school office at 314 776-3285 and I will return your call as soon as possible, with a translator, if needed.  You can always email barbara.munoz@slps.org with your child's name and your home language, I will return your message or call you.
