My Teaching Philosophy

My philosophy centers on cultivating a classroom culture of respect, collaboration, and innovation. I hope to prepare my students, not only for academic success, but also for meaningful contributions to society. I believe in fostering a conducive learning environment where students feel safe to make mistakes, where they know they can get support to create their own reality, and to learn from their mistakes.  My goal is to inspire a lifelong love of learning, equipping students with the skills and confidence needed to thrive in a dynamic world while promoting a culture of respect and innovation.
