My Experience

• I’ve been teaching for over 25 years in elementary school.
• I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Physical Education from Harris-Stowe State College.
• I earned my Master's Degree in Educational Technology from Webster University.
• I've taught every grade level from 1st through 8th Grades.  Most of my time was spent in 4th grade.

My Background

• I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri
• I enjoy exploring and traveling, particularly road trips across the United States.
• I prefer to hit the road in an automobile, but planes are needed for the longer excursions.
• I also enjoy taking a cruise here and there.  
• I have eight siblings, 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Two older brothers, one older sister and two younger sisters and two younger brothers.  My twin sister and I are more or less the middle children.
• I do not have any children of my own and no pets.
• I enjoy spending time with my family and taking care of my plants.
• I also really enjoy spending time with my wonderful nieces and nephews!

Hobbies and Interests

• I enjoy puzzles, playing games...board and electronics.
• I like taking pictures of family and friends
• I love watching sports, especially track, singing, cooking and eating (I love to do these things!)
• I enjoy volunteering and helping my elders.
• I also love attending church functions and working with the youth.
