School Counseling Mission Statement: To uphold the dignity of each child and to accept and nurture their growth, strengths, talents, and development.

I am happy to be your school counselor! I am here to help students be successful in all areas of their development: academic, social/emotional, and career interests. I started at Peabody in November 2021. I look forward to spending the next 20 years or so here helping this school community flourish.

I married my college sweetheart on New Year's Eve of 2003, and we have been together happily ever since. We have traveled quite often due to military assignments, but we are happy to be settled permanently in this area now. I have three middle-school-aged children; I sing, hug, dance, read, and play the ukulele.

Why do I do what I do?

Children WANT to be successful.

Students need to be TAUGHT the skills that are lagging to reach their full potential.

Be a VOICE for change, equity, and anti-racism.

They are WORTH it!

We are put on this planet to love and to be loved.
