• Mission

The Mission of CAJT is to build positive character in students and for them to have a successful transition from school to post-secondary independence.

CAJT utilizes  a Life Skills Curriculum and community resources to help students build and apply skills associated with independent living such as organizing a household, maintaining employment, traveling, shopping and access leisure activities. CAJT staff recognizes the strengths of each student and uses those strengths as building blocks for learning and permanent job placement.

Students who attend CAJT must have a document development delay with an educational diagnosis of the following:

    • autism

    • intellectual disability

    • other health impairments

    •  traumatic brain injury

    •

Students will also receive related services such as occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language therapy, and counseling services.
