Hello,

My name is Velva Cole.

I'm the youngest daughter of six siblings. I have two daughters and six grandchildren, who keep me young and cool.  I have always found joy in designing and creating things, which led me to the art institute for my arts degree. After working in design in Texas, I returned home to care for my aging parents and found myself looking for a flexible position, which took me into education. This year will be my tenth year and I'm excited to share my love of teaching with my students.
