Our Mascot

We work to keep the spirit of Nahed Chapman alive in our everyday work.

Ms. Chapman was a fierce advocate, but she was also soft spoken.  The Cheetah, although quite fierce, cannot roar or raise its voice.  The Cheetah can only make low purring sounds.

The Cheetah's coat is unique to each, just as each of our student's is unique, coming to us with great diversity.

The Cheetah protects its young for up to 2 years.  This is the maximum amount of time a student can stay at NCNAA.

The Cheetah has a distinct black tear drop marking next to each eye.  While we empathize with the trials and tribulations our students have faced, we hold high expectations for them to live their dreams in America with our love and support.
