WELCOME BACK SCHOLARS!!!!!!!

My name is Ms. Washington and I am very happy to be joining the Soldan family. This year I will be serving as the English II and African American Literature Teacher. I am a mother of 2, and a recent college graduate from Harris-Stowe State University, majoring in Educational Studies, minoring in English. I serve as a coach for a range of sports at different competition levels outside of Soldan ISHS. This will be my third year returning to the district. My first two years, I served as the Building Learning Associate at Metro Academic and Classical High School. I am excited about building profound relationships with both scholars and families. Here's to a successful and fun year ahead!!
