I am honored to be a Special Education Teacher at BGK Pamoja Preparatory Academy@Cole. I enjoy spending time with loved ones and friends. I like to skate, watch movies, and learn new things. In addition, I always enjoy a good laugh. I have been working with children for 10 years and it is my passion to see students grow to be their best selves to have a meaningful successful life. I started my journey with St Louis Public Schools in 2013 as a Substitute Teacher engaging students and building relationships. I am currently a Special Education Resource Teacher and work passionately with students who have Individualized Education Plans to minimize learning gaps, build self-esteem and self confidence and support academic growth.
