Arlington School, which was named after the city of Arlington, Virginia, opened in 1881 and closed in 1993. The Ittner-designed property was historically renovated and converted into 21 loft-style apartments as part of the mixed-use, mixed-income Arlington Grove Apartments project, which opened in 2012.
