Visibility from I-70 and proximity to the revitalized 14th Street commercial district and new bridge landing provide many possibilities for this historic structure in Old North St. Louis. The school was named for statesman and orator Daniel Webster (1782-1852). It was sold to former Anheuser Busch executive Lewis McKinney, now a certified MBE developer, to convert into affordable housing. Mr. McKinney graduated from Central VPA and is a SLU basketball Hall-of-Famer.
