Serves as a Business Education/Marketing Education Teacher at Vashon High School and Career Technical Education (CTE) Summer Curriculum & Scope and Sequence Professional Development Project in the Saint Louis Public Schools.

Rodgers is experienced in remote/hybrid Communications/PR Practitioner and Workforce Specialist.

She is skilled in public relations, media releases, corporate communications, and special events for for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Rodgers gained Human Resources experience in the employee life cycle for a global organization, Onboarding for a University’s Employment Program, Sourcing for a transportation trades training program, and Career Trainer/Advisor for the MO Career Centers for clients with no experience to experience and credentialed in GED to PHD in various professions. 

Ms. Rodgers has earned a BA degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Lean Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt from Dr. Stern, and an Authorized Outreach Trainer OSHA 10/30 Instructor. Also, she earned a MA degree from Webster University in Media Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. Next, Ms. Rodgers earned a MA degree from Lindenwood University in Education Technology.

Rodgers is a Volunteer Fitter for Dress for Success--Connections to Success and Volunteer Coordinator for Knothole Ticket Program with the Saint Louis Baseball Cardinals. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
