Mrs. Lawson has worked in education for 24 years. This is her second year as an Instructional Support Facilitator. She has taught second grade and special education grades kindergarten through 5th.  

Mrs. Lawson has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education from Missouri State. She has a master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Missouri Kansas City. Currently, she is working on a specialist degree in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in special education from Webster University.
