• Here is all the information regarding the black history month program in music class! 

    The concert will be on February 28th @ 2pm during the school day inside of the gymnasium. The dress code is also our overall theme this year: MOTOWN!! Dress like you are a Motown performer!

    Song list (by grade):

     -Whole School - "Lift Every Voice and Sing" (Black National Anthem)

    -Pre-Kindergarten - "ABC" by Jackson 5

    -Kindergarten - "My Girl" by The Temptations

    -1st grade - "Isn't She Lovely" (NOTE: students are only singing the first verse, but they will sing it twice instead of singing the second verse. The song will end after the repeat)

    -2nd grade - "The Way You Do the Things You Do" by The Temptations

    -3rd grade - "You Can't Win" from The Wiz

    -4th grade - "What's Going On" by Marvin Gaye

    -5th grade - "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell
