Solan, Diane - Art / Overview

Hi Wilkie Bears and Wilkie Families!

Welcome to Wilkinson Art!

I'm excited for the 2024-2025 school year!

We will have a great time learning and creating. On

Fridays we have Free-Choice Friday, where the students explore

creativity with scrap/recycled materials such as shoe boxes, cereal

boxes, cardboard, paper towel tubes, etc. Please feel free to save these

materials and send them to the art room with your student.

If you wish, please mark on your weekly calendar when your student

has art and feel free to send a protective smock or old t-shirt for

your child to wear. We try to be careful with stains when using art materials

but occasionally it happens.

Also, we could always use tissue, hand sanitizer and baby wipes in the

art room. Any donations of these items are greatly appreciated.
