Dear Wilkie Bears Families,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! It brings me immense joy to extend my warmest greetings to all of our new and returning families and staff back for another exciting year of learning and growth at Wilkinson Early Childhood Center.  As your principal, I am filled with anticipation of the wonderful experiences and achievements that lie ahead.

This year, our theme is "Unleash the Superhero Within You." We believe that every student has unique strengths, talents, and abilities that make them superheroes in their own right. Our dedicated team of educators is committed to fostering an environment where every child can discover and develop their superpowers, whether it be in the classroom, on the playground, or within our community.

We kindly ask that you ensure your children arrive on time and are ready to begin their day promptly. Regular attendance and timely arrival at school allow for maximum instructional time and provides a structured, engaging, and productive learning experience for all students.

What to Expect

Throughout the year, we will have numerous opportunities for students to explore their interests, take on new challenges, and celebrate their successes.  We have carefully designed a curriculum that is engaging, challenging, and tailored to meet the unique, diverse interests, and needs of each child.  We are dedicated to nurturing well-rounded individuals who are ready to face the future with confidence and resilience.  We are also excited to continue our tradition of strong family and community involvement.
