    Starlett Frenchie has been in education for more than 20 years as a Teacher Assistant, Teacher, Sponsor, Teacher Mentor, Team Leader, Department Chair, Assistant Principal and Principal Mentor.  Ms. Frenchie has worked with children from Early Childhood Education through the Secondary Level, providing support to students, staff and families.  Ms. Frenchie began her Instructional Leadership as Principal at Hamilton Elementary in 2011.  In 2015 Hamilton was recognized for student academic achievement in Annual Performance Goals.  During 2013-2015 the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) recognized Hamilton for Successful Implementation of School-wide Positive Behavior Supports, receiving Bronze status, and in 2016 was awarded Silver status.  In 2017-2018 Principal Frenchie was recognized as St. Louis Public Schools Wells Fargo Elementary School Leader of the Year.  In 2022, Principal Frenchie was recognized by the St. Louis American as one of the 2022 Excellence in Education Awardee's.  Ms. Frenchie is mom to an AMAZING DAUGHTER Raven and enjoys live music, traveling with family & friends and visiting BEACHES!
