Hello! Welcome back eaglets, eagles and their familes for another school year! I will be teaching 5th grade and am SO excited because many of the students will be familiar faces; I taught 4th grade last year at Columbia! I can't wait to welcome back my former students and welcome for the first time new-to-me students! 

This will be my second year at Columbia, my third year of full-time teaching and my sixth year of working at schools in the Saint Louis area! When I'm not teaching I love reading, painting and spending time back home with my cat, Marley. 

My goal as a classroom teacher is to make sure all of the students under my instruction feel seen, heard, and cared for. It's important that we follow pandemic guidelines to keep each other safe and it's important that we do our best to have fun and to learn and grow as 5th graders!
