    SY 2023-2024 New Student Registration

    Please bring these documents:

    1. Official government issued birth certificate or passport.

    2. Current immunization record (within the last year)

    3. Current physical exam (within the last year)

    4. Current dental exam (within the last year)

    5. Parent/legal guardian ID - valid government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, state ID)

    6. Proof of residency - must be a current St. Louis City resident with a utility bill in your name. Bills must be within the last 45 days.

    *Pre-K Parents/Guardians will also need to complete the Early Childhood registration packet. By completing the packet ahead of time, printing them, and bringing them to registration, you will significantly reduce your time registering.
