    I am excited and honored to be serving the Humboldt Academy community. We look forward to partnering with you to provide a challenging and enriching learning experience for students. At Humboldt Academy, we engage in a constructivist teaching and learning approach and develop positive character with our Humboldt Habits: honesty, kindness, respect, responsibility, and teamwork. Our family and community partnerships support our vision of becoming excellent in academics and character education.

    We will provide a safe, comfortable learning environment that fosters independent and cooperative learning, facilitates belonging for all students, and develops students' confidence and competence in all subject areas. Lessons are often personalized and integrated with technology and online curriculum platforms like SuccessMaker from SAVVAS Learning Company. We are helping children grow personally through character education and social-emotional skill-building using research-based programs in school assemblies, classrooms, and counseling sessions.
