Humboldt Academy of Higher Learning Elementary School

My name is Diane Lambert, one of the Fifth Grade teachers at Humboldt Academy of Higher Learning.  This is my eighth year teaching here at Humboldt and my ninth year at the St. Louis Public Schools. I have previously worked as a Title 1-Reading and Math, regular classroom teacher (Grades 1-8), Teacher Assistant-Special Education, and a Mentor to many future teachers. I have taught in the St. Louis and metro-east districts, charter, and private schools. My certifications includes: Elementary Education (1-8)-Missouri and Elementary Education (K-8)-Illinois. I have always known that I wanted to be a teacher from a young age and will be starting my 37^th year of teaching. I was born, raised, and lived in the St. Louis area all of my life, as well as raising my own family of four daughters with 13 grandchildren.

I am a firm believer that all children can learn.
