  • My name is Deborah D'Andrea, and I am currently the Academic Instructional Coach at Shaw VPA. I've worked for the St. Louis Public School District for 17 years. I taught 1st grade and pull-out reading intervention before moving into my current role as AIC. I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, and a Master's degree in reading with certification from Webster University. In April of 2023, I received my Doctorate in Teacher Leadership from Maryville. I look forward to another great year with my Shaw family.
