Meet Mrs. Griffin-Success Academy Lead

Dear Students and Families, 

I am proud to announce my new leadership role at Success Academy. I began my educational journey at St. Louis Community College, where I earned my Associate’s Degree before transferring to Missouri Baptist University. There, I received my Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education. Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Arts in Educational Administration at Lindenwood University and am on track to graduate in May 2026.

This is my sixth year with Success Academy (formerly Fresh Start Academy), and I have truly found my calling in alternative education and school leadership. I am passionate about creating a supportive, empowering environment where all students have the opportunity to thrive.

Despite the challenges we have faced, including starting this school year in a new location, we remain hopeful and strong. Displaced but not discouraged.

Success Academy is not about the place; it is about the people.
