In order to more efficiently and effectively process employment applications, as of April 1, 2010 the Saint Louis Public Schools has a new, all electronic application process. In order to officially apply for a position with the Saint Louis Public School District, all applications must be completed directly through our application portal by visiting www.slps.org/jobs to be received and processed.
Administrators

Substitutes
Requirements: - 60 credit hours from an accredited college
- FBI Background Check (fee $44.80)
- Substitute Certificate (fee $50)--If you have a Missouri Subsitute Certificate, documentation will be accepted as a full requirement. Therefore, you will not be expected to upload transcripts and FBI Background Check once you upload this certification to your application.
Application:
- Complete an online application including at least three references.
- Upload the following documents:

- Proof of Certification(s)
- Substitute Certification OR FBI Background and Transcripts
- SUBMIT application.
Non-Certified Support Staff Requirements: - 60 credit hours from an accredited college
- FBI Background Check (fee $44.80)
- Paraprofessional Certification (fee $41)--If you have a Paraprofessional Certificate, you will be expected to upload this certification along with your FBI Background Check to your application.
