    2024-2025 Enrollment Information 

    Enrollment for our 2024-2025 school year begins Monday, July 22nd between the hours of 9:00am-2:00pm. (An appointment is not necessary but highly recommended)

    The following information must be be provided in order to enroll your student:

    - Your child’s birth certificate

    - Your child’s immunization records

    - Your child’s school transcripts or most recent report card

    - Proof of residency(utility bill or lease agreement in your name)  

    Please download and fill out the following forms in order to enroll your student at Adams Elementary.

    Once you have gathered all of the required documents and completed all the attached forms, please email them to Makeda.Hodges@slps.org or call (314) 535-3910 to schedule an appointment to bring them in person.
