    Tasty Partnership Starts Today
FroYo will donate 25% of proceeds to SLPS’ newest high school

FroYo has partnered with Saint Louis Public Schools to support the District’s newest high school, the Collegiate School of Medicine and Bioscience. The locally based premium frozen yogurt company has committed to donate 25 percent of proceeds from Monday, September 30 through Monday, October 14.

The in-store fundraiser is part of FroYo’s Community Partnership Program, which supports healthy and active lifestyles in the St. Louis community. Each FroYo location features 12 options daily out of more than 75 flavors. The frozen yogurt is non-fat, low-calorie, and high in calcium and protein.

“The new magnet high school, CSMB, celebrates diversity, education, and success,” says Eric Hamblett, FroYo Community Outreach Coordinator. “FroYo is committed to these three principles and has decided to host a fundraiser with St. Louis Public Schools and donate proceeds back to CSMB. We believe this effort will promote innovation and awareness for this wonderful new school.”

CSMB, a magnet school, opened this year with 63 freshmen and plans to add a grade level each year until it serves grades 9-12. CSMB was established to create a diverse learning community committed to discovery, innovation, collaboration, and excellence for future healthcare providers and research scientists.

“The students, parents, and staff at Collegiate School of Medicine and Bioscience are grateful for the corporate support from FroYo and its employees,” says CSMB Principal Chip Clatto. “For a new school such as CSMB, it is important that the school develops ties with organizations dedicated to building our community up; much like students who attend CSMB, they will be our future doctors, nurses, surgeons, and scientists who will also help build our community.” For more information on the Collegiate School of Medicine and Bioscience visit the school’s website at https://www.slps.org/CSMB.
